Westcountry Chair SOLD

Fresh in, extraordinary Westcountry Windsor Chair with remains of original Green paint, dating from the 1800s. What makes the chair so extraordinary is the size. This is not a child's chair, in fact it would be too small for a three month old baby to sit on. I would appreciate any suggestions, as to purpose, if indeed, it had any. Was it just a sample, or a novelty or a special commission for some other purpose???? I have had hundreds of child's chairs, but have never had a chair like this. Approx dimensions seat height 17cm overall height 46cm
