Medieval English Script on Vellum dated 1423 SOLD

This is a Medieval English Script on Vellum, in fantastic original condition.  This dates to the reign of Henry the Sixth 1423/1424 and refers to property in Norfolk, England.  I purchased it privately from an estate in Kingsbridge, Devon.
 
Due to the reformation  and dissolution of the monasteries under Henry The Eighth of England, nearly all these documents were destroyed and hardly any documents of this period survive, outside of national museums.  It also retains it’s original wax seals.
